After thorough competitor analysis & market research, I was able to define the following:
1) Brand Core 
Define the brand’s core foundation. This included clarifying the brand’s vision, purpose, and core values, and creating a solid framework for all communications and decision-making moving forward.
2) Brand Positioning
By analyzing the market and understanding Gather Gal's unique strengths, a distinct brand positioning was developed that highlighted their value proposition. This ensured that their messaging was clear, consistent, and differentiated from competitors.
3) Brand Personality & Voice
A brand personality was established that reflected the essence of the company, ensuring that every interaction—whether written, visual, or experiential—felt authentic and aligned with the brand’s values. 
After all this was defined, the next step was to create the visual identity of the brand, which started with finding inspiration.
